Availability:

Due to high demand it sometimes occurs that we run out of some elements shown in the product description.

This is uncommon and we do our best to provide you with exactly what you ordered but if it does happen we do reserve the right to alter designs slightly and substitute parts of the products shown without notice.

Damage and Returns:

All our products are checked thoroughly before packaging but in the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty please contact us within 48 hours.

We have selected a reputable courier service for all of our deliveries and take great care with our packaging, despite our best efforts we are delivering fragile goods and damages may occur in transit.

We provide all of our customers with tips and Guidelines on how to handle and display items in your house (please see Product care), however, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that might occur. Please note that the materials used to create your decorations include wire, glass baubles and diverse natural materials that could damage the surface it is displayed on.

All our materials used are non-edible and should be kept out of reach for children.

We ask for your understanding and apologise in advance for any inconvenience that may be caused, please contact us within 48 hours.

Product Care:

Our products can be displayed indoors and outdoors.

Berries & Baubles beautiful decorations like the cold weather outside but do prefer some sheltered areas, especially all items decorated with baubles.

We provide you with wire loops on the back of our products perfect to display and hang your Christmas Wreath, Door Bundles and garlands.

We are committed to maintaining your trust as a customer and will guard the information you share with us, this information is for our record only and will never be sold or shared with a third party.

The collected data will simply may be utilized to improve our service and to update you on our products.
